Friend and fellow med student blogger Chris McCoy alerted me to a bill that may have undercut the Match lawsuit — it essentially exempts the Match from anti-trust requirements. It apparently was quiet thrown on to the end of an unrelated bill, came out of committee, and was signed into law yesterday. Chris sums it up well–“blink, and you missed it.”
